This is the first in a series of 5 that I did as an exercise to see how one simple pattern (a parallelogram) could be varied by different factors. I used different shapes for the underlying forms. The number of pattern pieces based on the size of the grid varies; some have many smaller pieces. I also changed how I moved the pattern pieces. You can see the other 4 pieces in the Gallery. They’re easy to find as they’re all titled “Parallelogram” with their number in the series.
