“Landslide” uses the same design as “Up from the Depths”, but has a very different effect because of the shape of the piece and also the glaze colors. I mentioned the “solidity” of “Up from the Depths”. To the contrary, “Landslide” looks like it’s slipping, as in down the mountain. I like this piece from the top as well.
